Prior to joining Cabot, Mr. Mitchell gained valuable experience during his tenure with three of the world’s leading executive search firms. He began his search career at Korn/Ferry International where he led one of their fastest-growing business units.
Mr. Mitchell began his career as a project manager at Texas Instruments. He later joined Republic Venture Group where he built and managed a portfolio of technology investments and served on the Boards of several start-up companies.
Wayne holds both Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in Systems Engineering from Southern Methodist University. Because of his sincere desire to give back to his community, Mr. Mitchell has held positions on the following Boards: the North Texas Chapter of the March of Dimes, the Richardson Symphony, and The Science Place. He has also had the privilege of serving others through numerous leadership positions at his church.
